LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
FACE OF HARVEST (FOH) realizes that in order to ensure the long term viability of our efforts, it is imperative to equip and train local leaders to adopt an entrepreneurial spirit, through which they can affect sustainable systems of community development. FACE OF HARVEST works with many professional and lay business practitioners to ensure that community leaders have a wide range of tools and resources that can be utilzed, in order to appropriate methodologies conducive to their respective societies. Mainly through academic sponsorship, selected leadership programs must focus on the key areas of: ethics and character development, career development planning, and financial management.
